Although we have been providing executive concierge services since 2007, we are excited to add a new line of services to our repertoire. Personal concierge services are for busy individuals who would like some extra support to complete those mundane tasks that can overwhelm or take up precious amounts of your valuable time. You will get a clear sense of how Polaris will put time back on your side. Also, your concierge will help you choose the plan that works best for your needs! Please note that all service requests will be responded to within 24 hours with an expected turnaround time for the request. No worries – most services can be completed within 24 hours for an upcharge.
Are you wondering how this works? Services will be available in three ways:
- Pay-as-you-go – you simply pay a flat per-hour fee (with a one-hour minimum)
- Block Pay – for a discounted rate, you may purchase a block of either 5 hours, 10 hours or 20 hours to be used in any one month
- Monthly Memberships – three recurring monthly memberships are available that include the steepest discounts and priority status on all services
**IMPORTANT** In-person concierge services are only available for the Western Chicago suburbs. More locations available soon. However, many services can be provided virtually.
